• We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and other methods supported by Razorpay.
• We do not store your card, UPI, or banking details. All payment information is handled directly and securely by Razorpay.
• Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation is received.

• All orders are final once payment is confirmed.
• We do not accept cancellations after a successful payment has been made.
• Orders are typically packaged within 0–7 days from dispatch.
• Shipment delivery may take up to a maximum of 8–12 days.
• If your order has not arrived within 12 days, please track your shipment and if there is any problem, contact us directly.

• We deliver across India through trusted third-party courier partners.
• Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days of successful payment confirmation.
• Estimated delivery time is 0–7 business days after dispatch. Maximum delivery time is 8–12 business days depending on your location.
• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp to monitor your delivery in real time.
• Delivery timelines may vary due to public holidays, weather conditions, remote locations, or courier delays beyond our control.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services once the shipment has been handed over.
